The Client Success Partner (EMEA) role is part of the broader Client Success team. You will be a front- line advocate and a proactive support to top tier customers in EMEA. You will act as a link between the internal fulfillment departments and our customers to ensure that the background check process runs smoothly by preventing potential problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complications. You will have a group of accounts assigned to you and you will support the Client Success Partners in guaranteeing the overall success of the client from a revenue and relationship perspective. Your daily task:
  • You will Serve as a consultative liaison and the primary point of escalation/engagement with specific client accounts to protect and grow revenue of the account.
  • Proactively monitor volumes and revenue to ensure the treatment strategy is appropriate and to identify/ascertain reasons for and address significant fluctuations.
  • Act as a customer advocate to drive improvement in the customer and candidate experience across the business. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert to drive proactive changes in your account base, to maximize both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Communicate with client facing teams around the world to support growth of accounts with a global footprint. 
  • You will conduct F2F Quarterly Business Reviews. We ask you to proactively support the implementation and onboarding of your assigned Tier 1 accounts, in conjunction with the Implementation team.

Functie-eisen
  • Commercial awareness and powerful desire to succeed;
  • The ability to listen, question and challenge clients to fully understand and address their needs;
  • Successful record of accomplishment of managing successful and profitable client relationships;
  • Strong operational understanding of Background Screening;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
