Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
Your Responsibilities
- Order Management: Execute order entry and oversee the fulfillment process for assigned businesses and customers with complex needs.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dow’s products, applications, and service offerings.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and gather market intelligence.
- Account Coordination: Address customer issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth account operations.
- Service Excellence: Maintain service levels aligned with business priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Evaluate customer requirements and identify the best, most cost-effective solutions.
- Support Commercial Strategies: Assist in implementing Dow’s customer-focused business strategies.

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
