DISCOVER THIS WAYDo you have a head for numbers and a heart for hospitality?Join our dynamic Finance team at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel as our new Accounts Payable Specialist!What are my responsibilities?As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of our Finance team and play a key role in hotel's financial obligations accurately and efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining organized and secure records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborating with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Recording and analyzing financial data using property management and accounting software.
- Ensuring all payments and documentation follow company policies and retention guidelines.

- Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
- Ideally have experience in hospitality industry.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Are organized, able to prioritise tasks and have a solid understanding of accounting procedures and tools.
- Have right to work in the Netherlands.
