Job Description

As an Administrative / Front Desk Employee, you are an important point of contact for visitors, temporary workers and colleagues.

✅ You welcome visitors and new temporary workers professionally
✅ You answer incoming calls and help with questions
✅ You support internal teams with daily administrative tasks

Your responsibilities
✔ Welcoming visitors at the office and assisting with simple questions or requests
✔ Receiving and welcoming new temporary workers at the office
✔ Explaining the Duijndam Works process and housing rules
✔ Issuing work clothing and safety shoes
✔ Answering incoming phone calls
✔ Performing administrative tasks for temporary workers
✔ Scanning ID documents
✔ Activating employee portals
✔ Creating employment contracts and other documents
✔ Completing personnel files
✔ Assisting with municipality registrations
✔ Providing administrative support to account management, facilities and back office teams





Job Requirements

You are representative, approachable and able to switch quickly between planned tasks and unexpected situations. You stay calm under pressure and enjoy helping people.

This is you
✅ Good command of the Polish language (required)
✅ Good command of the English language (required)
✅ Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
✅ MBO working and thinking level
✅ 0–2 years of relevant work experience
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills
✅ Friendly, professional and service-minded attitude
✅ Able to work 32–40 hours per week
