AI Enablement Lead
About the vacancy:
As NewCold embarks upon the utilization of Artificial Intelligence techniques and tools, there is a requirement to support our teams in the effective and responsible usage of AI. The rapid advancements in AI, particularly in the realm of generative AI, present both opportunities and challenges. To unlock the full potential of these technologies while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance, we need a dedicated role to champion and oversee their adoption across the organization.
In addition, there is a requirement for an AI owner of tools for corporate use that incorporate AI capabilities. This role will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and managing the generative AI tools and platforms that will be made available for enterprise-wide use. They will ensure that these tools align with our business needs, adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, and are effectively integrated into our existing processes and workflows. By having a centralized AI owner, we can streamline the adoption of these cutting-edge technologies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and maintain a consistent approach to AI governance and risk management.
What will you do?
- The Generative AI Enablement Lead/Adoption Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic adoption and effective utilization of generative AI technologies across NewCold.
- This role will serve as the central point of expertise and leadership for the organization's generative AI initiatives, ensuring that these powerful tools are harnessed in a responsible, compliant, and value-driven manner.
- The primary purpose of this position is to bridge the gap between the technical capabilities of generative AI and the business needs of NewCold's various teams and departments. This includes identifying high-impact use cases, evaluating and selecting appropriate generative AI solutions, providing training and guidance to users, and monitoring the performance and ROI of these implementations.
- The Generative AI Enablement Lead/Adoption Manager will play a crucial role in establishing a robust governance framework for the ethical and secure use of generative AI within the organization. This includes developing policies, processes, and best practices that balance innovation with risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- By fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption and acting as an evangelist for these transformative technologies, this role will empower NewCold to leverage the full potential of generative AI, driving operational efficiencies, enhancing decision-making processes, and unlocking new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Who are we looking for?
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- A Master's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or AI Ethics, would be highly desirable.
- Certifications in AI ethics, responsible AI, or AI governance from reputable institutions or professional bodies would be a significant asset.
- Industry-recognized certifications in AI and machine learning, such as those offered by organizations like Google, Microsoft, AWS, or NVIDIA, would be advantageous.
- Deep technical knowledge and expertise in generative AI technologies, including language models, image generation, and other cutting-edge AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and the potential risks and challenges associated with the deployment of generative AI systems.
- Proven ability to develop and implement AI adoption strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks within large organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across different business units and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the rapidly evolving field of generative AI and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Hands-on experience with the implementation, integration, and management of generative AI tools and platforms within enterprise environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver measurable results.
- A strong commitment to promoting a culture of responsible and ethical AI adoption within the organization.
- Highly proficient in English, any other European language is a plus
