As a Foam Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling foam components and technical boxes according to technical drawings and diagrams. This role requires a high degree of precision, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately in an organized and demanding production environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble foam components and Foam & Pallet Cases based on technical drawings and diagrams;
• Read, interpret, and execute instructions from technical documentation;
• Measure, cut, and shape foam materials with high precision;
• Use different hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns;
• Work meticulously, where refined manual dexterity and attention to detail, is essential;
• Perform quality checks to ensure that the final products meet the required standards;
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards;
• Actively collaborate with other members of the production team.

• Ability to communicate in English (level B1/B2);
• Approximately 3 or more years of professional experience in a production environment;
• Experience in assembling
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Ability to work safely, accurately, and in an organized manner;
• High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail;
• Availability to work two shifts;
• Driver's license (car) is preferred;

Employment conditions:

• Gross hourly wage €14,83/ h plus 18% shift allowance
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly together with your salary
