You are driven to make asset management work as a success factor within an organization. you're focust on the complete life cycle of buildings, infrastructure, installations and vehicles. You guide the proces from strategy till implementation. You also make analyses, coordinate your processes, people and assets and supervise your implementations at different customers. Aspects that are common here are, for example: drawing up requirements and contracts and optimizing the maintenance strategy. Most of the customers are located in the Randstad or just beyond.

To qualify for the position, you have to recognize yourself in the following points:

• You have completed a HBO or University education in a technical direction;
• You have several years of experience in the field of management and maintenance or setting up asset management (information) systems;
• You are driven and reliable;
• You have strong communication skills and focus on building long-term relations;
  
• You look beyond the assignment an give honest advise

• You have knowledge of ISO 550001 and/or of LCC, RAMS(HE) and FME(C)A
