As Assistant Front Office Manager, you support the Front Office Manager in the daily operation of the department and lead by example on the floor. You inspire and motivate the team while ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities;
- Support and supervise the Front Office team on a daily basis;
- Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure;
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with confidence and care;
- Actively participate in operational shifts at the reception;
- Assist with scheduling, administration, and reporting;
- Optimize procedures and ensure Radisson brand standards are met;
- Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- You have supervisory experience in a hotel Front Office environment;
- You are service-oriented, proactive, and stress-resistant;
- You communicate fluently in English (Dutch and other languages are an advantage);
- You are flexible and available for rotating shifts, including weekends;
- You have strong leadership potential and attention to detail.
