About the vacancy
To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Project Control / Chief Development.
You will work closely together with the other project control team members and the Chief Development Officer on a daily basis. Next to that you will also have a strong collaboration with our SSC which is based on the Netherlands.
This role is predominantly about building structure to facilitate the organization's growth.
What will you do?
Maintain project master data in our ERP system (Netsuite):
- Create new investment projects
- Create new time writing projects
- Assign employee's to time writing projects
- Maintain approval flow on investment projects
Other Project control activities:
- Organize and receive bank guarantees
- Upload invoices to bank portal to support bank draws
- Maintain Power BI reports on invoices and hours
- Participate in improvement projects
- Any ad hoc activity
Assistant to Chief Development Officer:
- Organize meetings
- Take notes during meetings
Who are we looking for?
You are a secretarial professional who is ready for a next step in his/her career. You are eager to learn new skills, share what you know, expand your network and contribute to the continued growth of NewCold. You have relevant experience with working in an international environment. In addition, you have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience preferably in an international organization
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced transaction-driven environment
- Moderately proficient in English
- You like to bring structure in the processes
- A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently
- Can do mentality
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Ability to follow up on pending issues and meet deadlines
- Netsuite experience is a plus
