You will be working at a leading logistics company known for its innovative approach and customer-focused service. The organization offers plenty of opportunities for personal growth and development. As an Assistant Team Leader, you work closely with your colleagues to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll receive internal training to further develop your skills. Safety is your top priority when operating company vehicles. You're flexible and not focused on just one part of the process.

Every day, you strive to meet your deadlines and are responsible for achieving and improving the targets within your department. In addition, you support the Team Leader in managing a team of 15 employees. You ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and that team members work well together to reach daily goals.

• Willing to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts until 9:30 PM
• Previous leadership experience in a logistics environment
• Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., VHT, reach truck, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• A true team player who functions well within a group
• Strong focus on quality
• Hands-on mentality — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Naturally stress-resistant and able to perform under pressure

• Hourly wage of €15.98
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Possibility of a contract with the client
• 40-hour work week
