Your role in the journeyAs Banqueting Employee, you'll help create seamless and memorable events for our guests. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing banquet and meeting rooms according to event setup requirements.
- Serving food and beverages during meetings, weddings, dinners and events.
- Providing warm and professional service throughout every event.
- Supporting the team during setup, execution and breakdown of events.
- Ensuring banquet spaces remain clean, organized and presentable.
- Responding to guest requests with care and a genuine hospitality mindset.
- Working closely with colleagues to guarantee a smooth operation.
Job Requirements
What you'll bring
- Experience in hospitality, banqueting or F&B service is a plus.
- A hands-on and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and different shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to stay calm and professional in busy situations.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
