Your role in the journeyAs Banqueting Management Trainee, you'll be the right hand of our Banqueting team, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. You'll be the point of contact for guests, support the team on the floor, and help maintain our high standards.Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising the Banqueting team during events
- Acting as the main contact for guests throughout their event experience
- Ensuring meeting rooms are set up according to standards
- Monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction
- Supporting with cost control, complaint handling and administrative tasks
- Applying LQA standards in your daily operations
Job Requirements
What you'll bring
- Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends)
- A flexible, motivated and stress-resistant mindset
- Experience in F&B service
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
