Hidden inside Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam, Super Lyan is part of the internationally acclaimed Lyan family, founded by award winning bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana, better known throughout the industry as Mr Lyan. What the role looks like
At Super Lyan, nobody is "just" a bartender.
Our entire team rotates between working behind the bar, preparing ingredients and mise en place, and hosting guests on the floor. One shift you'll be creating cocktails, the next you'll be guiding guests through the menu, sharing stories behind the drinks or making sure service flows seamlessly from the first welcome to the final goodbye.
We believe the best bartenders understand every part of the operation. By rotating throughout the venue, everyone develops a deeper understanding of the guest experience and becomes a stronger teammate.

Who you are
You enjoy making outstanding drinks, but you understand that people remember how you made them feel even more.
