Then this is your moment. Join us as Beverage & Food Supervisor at Janine, our Mediterranean restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. As Beverage & Food Supervisor at Janine, you will be guiding the team and ensuring every service feels warm, welcoming and memorable. You will:
- Lead the daily operations of Janine Restaurant, from bright breakfast mornings to long lunch gatherings and dinner services centered around our open wood-fired oven.
- Supervise and support the team during your shift.
- Coordinate tasks across the outlets to create seamless service moments that reflect Janine's spirit of craft and connection.
- Coach, train and inspire ambassadors to serve with heart, embodying Janine's brand standards of warmth, thoughtful hospitality and honest flavors.
- Handle essential administrative duties, such as scheduling, shift planning and communication.
Above all, you focus on creating memorable experiences, where guests feel genuinely welcomed and enjoy great food, service and atmosphere. What are we looking for? We're looking for a person who brings curiosity, care and a personal touch to everything they do. Someone who genuinely loves food and hospitality, enjoys discovering new flavors and places, and knows how to turn that curiosity into great guest experiences. - Love great food, great service and great energy on the floor.
- Have experience leading a team in Beverage & Food or Events or are ready to step up.
- Communicate confidently in English.
- Are happy working full-time shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
