We are growing fast, and will soon have a presence in most major cities.Room Mate Aitana opened its door in august 2013 and counts 285 spacious, bright and luxurious rooms, meetings rooms, a ballroom, a gym, Lounge, a marina and hosts a modern international restaurant with Spanish flavours.We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. Do you love starting your day early and full of energy? Then this is your chance to become part of an ambitious team in a dynamic hotel environment.What will you be doing?
As a Breakfast Chef, you share the responsibility with your colleagues for delivering a perfectly executed breakfast service. You make sure our guests start their day with a smile and a delicious meal. Some of your main tasks include:
- Preparing mise-en-place for breakfast
- Cooking and presenting the breakfast buffet
- Replenishing the buffet and preparing dishes live, such as eggs and omelets
- Ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Managing stock according to the FIFO method and working according to HACCP guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace
- Collaborating and communicating with the F&B team
- Your shifts start at 06:00 or 07:30 – no problem for a true morning person like you!

Job Requirements
Who are we looking for?
A creative, professional, and committed Breakfast Chef who brings:
- Some kitchen experience in Horeca – a culinary degree is not required
- Good product knowledge and attention to detail
- Strong communication and social skills
- Excellent hygiene standards
- Full-time availability
- A good command of Dutch and/or English
- Legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands
