You are the point of contact for carriers and customers. You answer questions by email and phone. You mainly work in Outlook and SAP for administration. In this role, you work between 24 and 40 hours per week. You get a lot of responsibility and collaborate with an enthusiastic team.
On a typical workday, you start by checking incoming emails. You handle customer questions and solve problems via tickets. You communicate with carriers and process information in SAP. With Excel, you keep track of data and create simple reports. You quickly learn new systems and keep an overview.
