Job Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE NEXT SUPER STAR CHEF DE PARTIE
- You are passionate and creative by nature and you know what hard working entails.
- You are most energetic during the late afternoon and evening.
- You have worked as a (Demi) Chef de Partie for several years.
- You are familiar with the different techniques used in a kitchen, like; washing, cutting, blending, and many more!
- You are curious to learn more and to grow further.
- You make sure the stock is looked after and ready for service.
WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING AS A CHEF DE PARTIE?
As the job title, Chef de Partie, says really: you will be responsible for your partie, making sure the operation runs smoothly. High motivation, planning and working on small tasks on your own and with a small team is expected. You will ensure a good mise-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. Moreover, you assist in keeping the entire back of the house clean and up to standard.
