Think about a pastrami sandwich with miso mushroom mayonnaise, veggie bowl with smoked vegan feta, Korean fried cauliflower - with an Asian twist - or braised beef with coconut. No-nonsense, no fuss. Meat, fish or vegetarian lover? We've got it covered!The JobAs Chef de Partie at Vessel, you'll take charge of your section and help create bold, globally inspired dishes influenced by the cultures and ideas of our team. From breakfast by the water to busy summer lunch and dinner services, no day is the same. You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen where great food, teamwork, and creativity come together.What are we looking for?You have experience in the kitchen and can't wait to provide guests with the most delicious dishes of Amsterdam.Your hospitable nature is matched only by your sense of humor. You are able to work hygienically, precise and most of all within a fun team! You make sure that everyone in the restaurant enjoys their amazing plates and when you have creative ideas for new dishes, you suggest them to the team.
