As a Cleanroom Operator, you will perform cleaning tasks in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring that both the area and the components meet high hygiene and quality standards. The work is practical, repetitive, and requires precision, adherence to strict procedures, and attention to detail.

You will join a small, experienced team working Monday to Friday on a 2-shift schedule:

06:00 – 15:00

15:00 – 00:00

Main Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in the cleanroom according to instructions and schedules
• Conduct wet cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and components
• Use cleaning products and materials specific to the cleanroom environment correctly
• Follow strict hygiene and quality procedures
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Record simple work-related data
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
• Wear cleanroom-specific clothing and protective equipment

• Experience in production or industrial cleaning (preferred)
• English: minimum B1 level (mandatory)
• Precise, careful, and disciplined profile
• Ability to work in a team
• Availability for 2-shift system
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Willingness to work in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom-specific clothing
• Driving license (preferred)
• EU citizenship (mandatory)

Employment conditions:

• Gross hourly wage €15,13/ h plus 18% shift allowance
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly together with your salary
