As a CNC Operator Plastics, you are responsible for independently setting up, programming support, and operating CNC milling and turning machines used for the production of high-precision plastic components. You will ensure that all parts are produced according to technical drawings, specifications, and strict quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines for precision plastic components
• Load, adjust, and support CNC programs based on technical drawings and production requirements
• Select and install tools, fixtures, and machine setups
• Set machine zero points, offsets, and ensure correct machine parameters
• Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safe operation
• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and verify tolerances
• Make machine adjustments when deviations occur and ensure product conformity
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe, and organized workplace

You will work is in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.

• Experience as a CNC Operator (milling and/or turning)
• Experience with technical drawings and CNC machine setup
• Ability to work with tolerances and use measuring instruments
• Experience in precision manufacturing (plastics is an advantage)
• Good English skills (minimum B1)
• Valid driving licence (Cat. B)
• Accurate, responsible, and safety-oriented attitude
• Willing to work in shifts and in a long-term position
• European Union citizenship (mandatory)

Employment conditions:

• Gross hourly wage €16,24, plus 18% shift allowance
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly together with your salary
