You will be working at Vanderlande, a global market leader in future-proof logistics process automation for airports, parcel services, and distribution centers. Vanderlande also provides innovative systems, intelligent software, and life-cycle services.

At the production facility in Veghel, approximately 165 professionals work in various disciplines such as turning, milling, welding, coating, and assembly. The coating department consists of 16 motivated employees from diverse backgrounds, working together in an informal and professional environment.

Your workday starts at 7:30 AM when you set up and start the coating machines. You are responsible for finishing metal products by applying powder coatings using electrostatic spraying techniques. This includes single items as well as medium and large production batches.

You assemble and disassemble spray equipment to perform color changes according to customer requirements. You monitor coating thicknesses, carry out manual touch-ups when necessary, and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. You correctly hang products on the conveyor line and remove them in the correct sequence based on work orders and technical instructions.

You take ownership of the quality of your work and collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve the best possible results. If you do not yet have experience, you will be fully trained on the job.

• Education or experience in industrial coating, painting, or powder coating
• Motivated starters with a strong interest in learning the trade are welcome
• Strong sense of responsibility for process control and product quality
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus

• Competitive gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,200 (excluding 8% holiday allowance)
