You’ll be working for a leading provider of coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks in workplaces across the Netherlands. Their machines serve thousands of people every day, and they take pride in quality, service and customer satisfaction.

As a Coffee Machine Service Operator, you are the person who keeps workplaces running smoothly. Wherever you go, you bring convenience and a smile.

Your job is more than just filling machines. You are the face of service for a leading brand in coffee and vending solutions. Every day is about making sure machines are clean, stocked and ready to deliver that perfect cappuccino or refreshing cola. You’ll work independently, but you’re never alone. You have a supportive team behind you and full training to make you confident in what you do.

Some roles are based at one or more client sites, others follow a fixed route with a company vehicle. Either way, you’ll enjoy variety, freedom and the satisfaction of seeing happy customers. No technical background? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities:

• Restock coffee, tea and snack machines with ingredients and cups;
• Clean and maintain machines so they stay fresh and functional;
• Solve minor technical issues (training included);
• Track stock and usage via tablet;
• Provide friendly service and ensure client satisfaction.

Working hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 07:00–15:00, with some flexibility.

• Customer-focused and professional, with strong communication skills;
• Holder of a valid driving licence (B);
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work;
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
• Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
• Living in or near Rotterdam or The Hague (or willing to travel there).

• A gross salary of €14.40 per hour;
• 25 days’ holiday;
