You’ll join a leading provider of coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks for businesses and institutions across the Netherlands. Service and quality are key, and you’ll play an important role in that. You’ll get all the tools and support you need to do your job well and enjoy it.

Your day starts bright and early because you’re the person who makes sure hundreds of people can kick off their morning with a great cup of coffee. At 06:00 you check in at the warehouse with your team. Together you load your supplies for the day using an electric pallet truck. No heavy lifting, just smart and safe. After about an hour, you’re ready to hit the road in your own company van.

And here’s the best part: you can take that van home! So you drive from home to the warehouse, complete your route and head straight back home when you’re done. No hassle with your own car, everything is taken care of.

You’ll visit offices, healthcare facilities and businesses across Rotterdam and The Hague. Sometimes you’ll work at one location, other days you’ll have a route with multiple stops. You’re the face of service and quality. You refill machines, clean them, fix minor issues and make sure everything runs smoothly. Thanks to you, people can enjoy their coffee, tea or snacks.

No experience? No problem. We’ll train you on everything you need to know about the machines and the service process. What matters most is that you’re customer-focused, reliable and enjoy working independently.

Your tasks include:

• Loading your supplies at the warehouse every morning using an electric pallet truck;
• Refilling coffee, tea and snack machines with ingredients and cups;
• Cleaning and maintaining machines so they stay in top condition;
• Fixing minor technical issues (we’ll train you for this);
• Keeping track of stock and usage via a tablet;
• Driving your company van to different locations and greeting customers with a smile.

• Customer-focused and professional, with strong communication skills;
• Holder of a valid driving licence (B);
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work;
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
• Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
• Living in or near Rotterdam or The Hague (or willing to travel there).

• A gross salary of €14.40 per hour;
• 8.33% holiday allowance;
• 25 days’ holiday;
• A company van you can take home;
  
• Full-time (37.5 hours per week) with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• Working hours Monday to Friday, usually 06:00 to 14:30;
• In-house training so you know everything about the machines and service process;
• Working for a well-known national brand in coffee and vending;
• A role with plenty of freedom, responsibility and customer interaction.
