Commercial Employee Internal Service What are you going to do? * Carrying out telephone acquisition and cross-selling activities;
Ensuring correct quotation, contract and order processing and follow-up in coordination with the Supply Chain Management department;
Registering complaints and monitoring progress in complaint handling;
Searching, registering and following up sales opportunities in your area;
Pro-actively maintaining contacts with customers and prospects;
Negotiating sales prices and conditions;
Advising on product range and use, whether or not in consultation with Product Managers.

What is expected of you? *Experience within an internal sales department;
Commercial mindset
Ability to understand and anticipate the business and associated needs;
Good communication skills, both oral and written in Dutch and English
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and preferably also SAP;
Accurate, quick switching and able to deal with hectic situations
