Controller International Hotel Chain

What are you going to do?
You are going to work for the Benelux branch of an international hotel chain located in The Hague. They have hotels throughout Europe and are growing at a remarkable pace. Although the hotel branch got hit hard due to covid, they thrived during that period. By making smart innovations, strategic decisions and the implementation of new systems. This gave them the resilience to always be expanding.
You will be in charge of the Benelux branch of the company. The branch exists of 8 hotels and 18 entities of whom you be in charge off. You'll be responsible for making the monthly and yearly statements, making budgets, forecasts and the tax returns. Besides the accounting part, you'll be in charge of 2 assistant controllers to guide them. Also you will be spearheading the implementation of a new ERP system powered by Sage & PowerBi.
The great thing about this position is that the company is in rapid growth. Their HQ is located in Londen and they are continuously starting or buying out hotels. Maybe there will be a part to play for you in the future.

As a Financial controller your salary can go up to a max of 85k yearly.

What is expected of you?
As a Financial controller you have an HBO / WO diploma in a financial direction;
* You have about 5 years of experience in a similar position;
* You have experience in accountancy (audit or assembly);
* You have experience in leading a team;
* You English fluently and as a minimum can read and write Dutch without a problem and be able to be conversational in spoken;
* You like working in an international environment!

You will work at a hotel chain with a beautiful vision. They believe in experiencing moments.
