Your role as a Corporate Insurance Manager

As a Corporate Insurance Manager, you will be a member of a small, but highly qualified and experienced Treasury/Insurance team in a dynamic and international business environment. NewCold Insurance is part of NewCold's Treasury department where the team has a proactive and integrated role in the NewCold business. Its main objective is managing the overall insurance portfolio of the organization ranging from operations to projects.

Your responsibilities will be a broad range of activities, you will be able to work independently and report to the manager. You will advise the Treasury/Finance Department and the NewCold business on all (operational) matters, including claims handling, related to NewCold's insurance strategy. This in close cooperation with the other Insurance Manager and NewCold's insurance consultant, brokers and other stakeholders.

What are your key accountabilities?

• Identify, and pro-actively advise on potential risks related to our business;
• Assist in purchasing of global insurance programs in the international insurance market and deal with negotiations to establish the best possible contracts;
• Responsible for the quality of the administrative process related to the global insurance programs, including premium allocation;
• Preparing periodical management information, e.g. project insurance and claims overviews;
• Keep up with the latest internal and external developments.
  
  

What we are looking for?

You have:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance);
• Ability to work cross functionally and internationally (cultural flexibility);
• Great communication skills & active stakeholder management on all organizational levels;
• Working experience in (international) corporate environment;
• Pro-active and quality driven attitude;
• Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus

Please note that working from our Breda office is required up to 4 days / week.
