Functieomschrijving

As the German-speaking Credit Controller, you are an important link in the team. You will be in daily contact with international customers as well as colleagues, ensuring that the working capital is optimised by assessing credit risks, granting credit and collecting outstanding receivables.

Your mission is to ensure that financial operations run smoothly by assessing credit risks, allocating credit wisely, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. 

Your job as Credit Controller:
You will independently manage the accounts receivable portfolio within the group, making sure no invoices go unpaid, and collaborate on ideas for process improvement. You will do this by:

  • addressing overdue payments with customers and negotiate repayment terms.
  • verifying receipt of payments and release orders within credit limits.
  • documenting all activities in the Credit Management system.
  • using credit information to establish and monitor credit limits for new and existing customers.

What do you bring to the table?
You are fluent in German and English and have at least 3 years' of experience in AR/ Credit Control. Coupled with:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with credit management tools and ERP software.
