The fashion giant you will be working for is known all over the world. In fact, H&M (Hennes & Maurits) has been a major player in the fashion world for years. This is therefore reflected in the customer satisfaction and brand awareness the organisation has amassed. Besides this customer satisfaction, H&M also focuses on sustainability and employee satisfaction. This is reflected in the fact that there are no targets for customer advisors and green materials are used within the production process. In short, H&M is a company that is reducing its biological footprint while taking good care of its employees.

Functieomschrijving

Tring, Tring, the phone rings because the customer wants your advice on her purchase! Which blouse should the customer wear on top, those nice new trousers or how exactly does that return policy work? As a customer service representative at H&M, you will help customers answer these questions on behalf of one of the largest fashion chains in the world. You do this at your own pace because the helpdesk employees at Hennes and Maurits work without targets. After all, not only is the customer contact important, but also the feeling with which you do your job. Because a satisfied call centre agent ensures satisfied customers.

You don't have to deal with these customers alone. You work within an international team of call centre agents who specialise in customer support. The team helps each other when necessary, but it can happen that your best work friend is not in the office one day. Because after training, you can also work from home a few days a week. Enjoy speaking to customers from the couch.
But what exactly are you supposed to do from that nice soft sofa or on location within a cosy team? You won't be working in a department, but rather all-round. In fact, you will be working on subjects such as:

  • Giving fashion advice/suggestions on current trends and new collections;
  • Returning products;
  • Handling questions about: bank statements, payments and so on;
  • Answering questions via social media, phone or email.

Does this fun job at H&M sound great to you? Then you will first have to complete a paid full-time training of 3 weeks, after which you can switch to part-time. This training starts on 1 November.

Functie-eisen
  • You speak and write French at C1 level (mother tongue)
  • You master the English language;
  • You want to work at least 24 hours a week for one of the largest fashion offices in the world
  • You live in the Maastricht area (Eijsden, Geleen, Beek, Kerkrade, Landgraaf, Margraten, Heerlen, Sittard and Maastricht)
  • You are available for the 3-week training from 1 November

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • You will be under contract with H&M. You will therefore be employed on a permanent basis indefinitely. (onbepaalde tijd)
  • You can work from home a number of days a week.
  • From day one you accrue holiday pay
  • Within your permanent contract you will receive a large amount of holidays
  • A nice salary of €11 per hour on parttime base
  • You participate in our pension fund
  • 50% more pay if you work on a Sunday
