DHL Supply Chain Weert - Full-time (40 hours)

As a Customer Service Agent, you are the primary point of contact between our customer and various DHL departments. You ensure smooth communication, resolve operational issues, and provide outstanding support to both customers and warehouse teams. Your goal is to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your daily tasks include:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal DHL departments
• Communicate via email, ticketing systems and phone calls
• Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries using SAP
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Monitor and follow up on open tickets until they are resolved
• Support customers with logistics-related questions and requests
• Prioritise tasks and respond to urgent operational issues
• Provide additional customer and operational support based on business needs

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You have:

• Good spoken and written English skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
