Job Description
To support the expansion of a unique artisanal food concept across Europe, we are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support employee. In this role, you will support the sales team in one specific region depending on your native language: France, Germany or Scandinavia.
You will work from the office in the south of the Netherlands and occasionally travel abroad together with the Sales Manager as a translator during customer visits in your region.
- Provide customer service and support (phone & email) for customers in your language region
- Actively approach new customers and schedule appointments
- Occasionally travel abroad as translator together with the Sales Manager
- Perform commercial and marketing translations
- Support marketing activities related to the concept
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level
- Native speaker of French, German or a Scandinavian language (one of these is required)
- Good command of English
- Affinity with sales, customer contact and international business
- Experience in marketing or sales is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
