You support Swedish and Danish customers on a daily basis. You handle questions about products, orders, and basic technical topics. You also prepare quotes, keep track of requests, and make sure everything is handled properly. You work closely with customers and colleagues in a friendly and organized environment.

As a Customer Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for business customers in Northern Europe. You answer questions about products, orders, and simple technical topics. You also help with quotes and make sure all requests are followed up correctly. You work in a structured but dynamic environment and have a lot of contact with customers and external partners.
