Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Manager for a company in Eindhoven.

In the role of Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring the Customer Service teams in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve the customer experience

Functie-eisen
  • At least two year(s) of experience in a customer service manager role, preferably with a production background 
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) at your local municipality 
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and French because of job duties. Basic French can be considered with an eagerness to develop your French skills 
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, drawing on the strengths of each individual
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
