In the role of Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the Customer Service teams in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently

Functie-eisen
- At least two year(s) of experience in a customer service manager role, preferably with a production background
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) at your local municipality
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French because of job duties. Basic French can be considered with an eagerness to develop your French skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, drawing on the strengths of each individual
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
