Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for AkzoNobel in Sassenheim.
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in ensuring a seamless order-to-cash process. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them with orders, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure outstanding service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Process incoming customer orders with a focus on accuracy and service excellence
- Handle order registration via email, phone, e-ordering, or other channels using SAP
- Ensure correct and timely processing and identify bottlenecks in delivery or invoicing
- Actively communicate with customers about changes, updates, or issues
- Register and handle complaints while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Back Office, Sales, and Logistics to provide the best customer experience
- Coordinate with logistics departments and service providers to meet customer specifications
- Manage accurate documentation and ensure proper archiving and record-keeping
- Support additional tasks in line with evolving business needs
What We Offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3,077.- and €4,303.- (based on experience and scale G8).
- Parttime or fulltime job of 32 to 40 hours per week, with hybrid working (up to 2 days from home) once fully trained.

Onboarding
Expect a structured onboarding period of about 4 weeks, with hands-on training and support from your peers. Your onboarding pace may vary depending on your previous experience with SAP and customer service processes.
Functie-eisen
- A few years of experience in B2B Customer Service, ideally within an international or logistics-driven environment
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus
- Fluent command of English, both spoken and written
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong communication and organizational skills
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
