Are you service-oriented and a strong communicator? Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. Experience is a plus, but even without extensive experience, you will receive the right guidance to grow and develop yourself.
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for customer contact, administrative processing, and resolving questions related to shipments and orders (warehouse and transport). You will advise customers and provide suitable logistics solutions, safeguarding both customer interests and company objectives.
You will work in a team of six colleagues and one supervisor (Cisco department) and can schedule your shifts flexibly between 08:00 and 18:00.
Functie-eisen
MBO (vocational) working and thinking level
Experience in logistics and/or administration
Good command of English, both spoken and written (German and Dutch are a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset towards both clients and colleagues
Persuasive skills when providing advice

Gross hourly wage between €15.00 and €20.00 (depending on experience)
Travel allowance up to €9.30 per day
