Your Role:

As a Business Representative, you'll be the face of ModusLink, ensuring seamless communication and support for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
• Investigating and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Managing daily order flow and providing support for various order management tasks.
• Assisting with pricing, invoicing, and supporting the launch of new projects and process improvements.
