Functieomschrijving

When you talk about a customer service representative at this company we are talking about a function where Communication is written with a capital letter. With the important side note that you need to be able to provide this communication in French! It is your job within this function to keep up the contact between the company and the customers the best you can but you are also the link between the different departments within the company of course. These departments are for example administration, quality, expedition and schedule. 

At the customer service you are spokesperson for a specific group of dealers about dealer service, rail design and technical service. The dealers can reach you about questions, comments and orders but also about complaints. It is therefore important you are able to keep calm and steady so you can always react accordingly on the communication you receive. You are the human form of their business card after all! Another interesting part of this job is that variety is something that awaits you while fulfilling this function. You can see this variety coming back in the form of tradeshows and dealer days, where you accompany the dealers that visit the company. Lastly are you someone who knows how to think on a customer’s behalf, know your priorities and contribute to improvement processes? Then you will definitely feel at home at this job!

Functie-eisen
  • You possess some years of experience in a commercial setting and customer supportive department.
  • Your communicative skills are excellent in French (might even be native), English and Dutch in speech and writing.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree thinking and working level, preferable with a commercial background.
  • You are flexible, stress resistant, analytical and have a wide capability to think in solutions.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • A nice fulltime job within a successful international business.
  • A good salary conform on CAO metalektro between €2.900 and €3.600 a month gross, and travel expenses are covered from 10.5 km.
  • A lot of growth possibility.
  • At first your contract will be for three months, but this can change into a permanent one when you function well.
