Working hours
In this part-time job, you will work 24 to 32 hours per week from Monday to Sunday between 7.00 and 21.00 hours. Please note that during the training period you will work 40 hours a week and are not be able to get any days off.

With your amazing communication skills and empathy you ensure that Amazon customers are experiencing the optimal customer journey! In the morning you grab a coffee, turn on your computer, put on your headset and then your day starts! Answering questions, problem solving, everything to contribute to world-class customer service for the biggest online retailer in the world. In short your working activities will consist of:
- Assisting customers with their orders, product questions or payment issues via phone, email and chat
- Defining the wishes and needs of the customers and acting on them
- Solving and handling customer questions or other issues

Functie-eisen
- Good command of the English and Swedish language both spoken and written (at least level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

- Availability of 24 hours per week
- Dutch citizen service number (BSN)
- Able to apply for a VOG (certificate of conduct)
- Preferably at least one year of work experience that included customer contact, for example as a customer care employee, helpdesk employee or customer service employee
Already worked at least one year as a customer care employee, helpdesk employee or customer service employee?
