As a Customer Service Representative in Venlo, you are the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. You work fulltime (40 hours) in an international and dynamic environment. You have frequent contact with others, make quick decisions, and have plenty of room for your own initiative. No day is the same!
You answer customer questions, monitor KPIs, and make adjustments where needed. You also coordinate projects to improve processes. You prepare reports and discuss these with the client. You work closely with your team and report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
