As a Customer Service Representative in Venlo, you are the first point of contact for clients and colleagues. You will work 40 hours per week and take on a lot of responsibility. No day is the same. You keep an overview, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You monitor performance, make adjustments where needed, and help improve processes.
