Customer Success Specialist (DACH Market/German Speaker) at Noovy (Must be physically present in Germany)Are you a hospitality professional in Germany who thrives on building relationships? Noovy is expandingand seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to support our clients in the DACH market. Thisis a fully remote position where you will be the key contact for hoteliers, ensuring their success andsatisfaction with our platform.What you'll do:● Onboarding: Guide new clients through a seamless 4-week onboarding process, ensuring theyare fully set up and confident with our system.● Support: Be the first point of contact for hoteliers, handling their questions and resolving issuesefficiently via email, chat, and phone.● Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring they have thenecessary tools and support to succeed.● Additional Responsibilities: There will be opportunities for on-site client visits and assisting withthe design and delivery of training sessions.
Job Requirements
Who you are:Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations)and a solid understanding of systems like PMS, booking channel management, and hotel revenuemanagement.Skills: You are a natural communicator with strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Youhave a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.Languages: You are fluent in German and English.Location: This is a remote role.
