Diverse inquiries, various countries, multiple languages. As a customer support representative at YANGA Sports Water in Breda, customer inquiries will come your way. Together with your colleagues, you'll handle these inquiries. You will investigate issues related to our apps and hardware of hydration stations. Flow with us to the top of customer service. You will receive an attractive salary ranging from € 2.800,- to € 3.400,-  a 13th-month bonus, and a varied job.

 

As a customer support representative at YANGA Sports Water in Breda, you will be at the heart of communication with our customers and the R&D department. You possess extensive knowledge of our hydration stations, from the computer screen and associated equipment such as barcode scanners to the technical installation with pumps and water regulation. When a malfunction occurs, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test. If a problem cannot be resolved internally, you will coordinate collaboration with our service partners to rectify the issue on-site.

Your Strength

As a customer support representative in Breda, you will assist our international customers. It's important that you are proficient in English, in addition to Dutch, French, or Spanish. With your enthusiasm, customer orientation, and analytical insight, you actively seek solutions to challenging problems. This ensures that athletes can enjoy YANGA Sports Water without worries. You recognize yourself in the following qualities:

 

      You have intermediate vocational education (mbo+)/higher professional education (hbo) level

      You have an affinity for IT infrastructures (networks, software, and hardware)

      You have knowledge of installation and/or electrical engineering (a plus)

      You are communicatively skilled and know how to ask the right questions to get to the core of issues

      You do speak fluently English or Spanish, and Dutch at least B-level
