You will transfer biological and ingredient data into the Excel system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Beyond data entry, you’ll collaborate with product managers to identify and resolve data gaps. Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for DSM-Firmenich in Delft.

As a Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibility is to transfer critical product data from Excel to Exeli with precision and attention to detail. You will work with biological and ingredient data, ensuring that key product details—such as intermediates, applications, and shelf life—are accurately recorded. In addition to data entry, you will identify and flag missing or inconsistent information, collaborating with product managers to resolve any gaps. Verifying and validating data for accuracy and completeness will be a crucial part of your role. 

You will also maintain organized records of issues and resolutions, while contributing ideas for process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency. Meeting deadlines and ensuring data integrity are essential to your success in this position. Your proactive approach will help streamline operations and improve overall data management.
