We have an exciting opportunity for a DC Planner Lead at MK.

You are a DC Planning Lead that thrives in a fast-paced continually changing environment.You have strong communication skills verbally, in writing and via presentations and you understand the need to work well with others to achieve Department goals.
You have strong analytical skills, but are also solution oriented and able to think outside the box to solve problems. Working under pressure is no problem for you and you are committed to getting the job done on time.

What you’ll do
• Key focus is to manage the priority in terms of operational processes and shipment completion.• Engages with all DC departments, and associates in problem resolution processes to assure service outcomes are meeting or exceeding expectations.• Identifies, resolves and actively communicates issues, specifically detected during waving, and serves as a central problem solving point for these matters.
• Ensure proper documentation in related systems and reporting.
• Managing location availability on active picking areas (including aging).
• Monitor and manage daily pack outs.
• Monitor and manage daily locations shortages related to outbound orders.• First point of contact in case of (urgent) adjustments to the daily plan. This includes alignment with other MK departments like Operations, Logistics, Allocation, and Customer Service.
• Preparing the daily work planning for operations

Functie-eisen
You’ll need to have
• MBO working- and thinking level
• Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
• Proven experience with WMS (Manhattan would be ideal)
• Ability to effectively present information and/or carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
