WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING AS A DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE?
As the job title, Demi Chef de Partie, says really: you will support the kitchen team, making sure the operation runs smoothly. High motivation and wanting to learn is expected from you. As a Demi Chef de Partie will ensure a good mise-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. Moreover, you assist in keeping the entire back of the house clean and up to standard. You will be trained to become even more skilled.

- You are passionate and creative by nature and you know what hard working entails.
- You are most energetic during the late afternoon and evening.
- You are familiar with the different techniques used in a kitchen, like; washing, cutting, blending, and many more!
- You are curious to learn more and to grow further.
- You make sure the stock is looked after and ready for service.
