Our client is a demolition and renovation company based in the Eindhoven region. The company works on demolition projects for commercial buildings, homes and industrial locations. Safety, teamwork and a practical approach are central within the organisation.

You will work in a close-knit team where colleagues help each other and where new employees are properly trained on the job. The company uses modern tools and equipment and works according to clear safety guidelines. Projects mainly take place in the Eindhoven, Helmond and Veldhoven area.

As a demolition worker, you are responsible for carrying out demolition and clean-up activities safely and efficiently. Experience is not required; motivation and a practical attitude are most important.

Your tasks include:

• Demolishing walls, floors and other constructions using hand tools and small machinery
• Cleaning and removing debris from demolition sites
• Separating construction waste and materials according to safety regulations
• Assisting colleagues during renovation and demolition projects
• Loading and unloading materials and tools
• Following VGM and safety instructions on-site
• Keeping the workplace clean and organised

You work in a 2-shift schedule:

• Early shift: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00
• Late shift: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00

You receive an 18% shift allowance on top of your salary.

For this position, it is important that you enjoy physical work and can work safely on construction and demolition sites.

We ask the following:

• You have an active and practical working attitude
• You are physically fit and able to perform heavy work
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
• You understand basic safety and VGM instructions
• You can work both independently and in a team
• A driver's license B is an advantage
• You have a good command of the English language

When you start as a demolition worker, you can expect the following:

• Full-time job with a monthly salary of €3035 gross including 18% shift allowance
