Financial Administrator in the beauty sector

Your responsibilities
· Be able to process invoices
· Qualify debtor invoicing and management
· Capable of preparing payment orders
· Bank and cash processing
· Be proactive and actively contribute to the month-end closing
· Entering and managing customer and supplier data in the financial system
· Archiving financial documentation
· Preparing and collecting information for the file regarding the annual accounts
· Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures
· Conducting branch administration
Key requirements
· Completed MBO education in the field pf financial administration
· At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
· Master good communication skills in the Dutch and English language
· Extensive knowledge of general ledger chart of accounts
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Experience in Navision/ Microsoft Dynamics (XPRT) is an advantage
· You are stress resistant, honest and a real team player
The offer
· Full-time position 40 hours a week
· A salary between EUR 25,200 and 36,000 depending on your knowledge and experience
