Hotel ibis Amsterdam Airport is met 644 kamers één van de grootste hotels van de Benelux gelegen aan de luchthaven Schiphol. Het hotel beschikt over diverse F&B faciliteiten namelijk: een Franse bistro, een Amerikaanse 'diner', een apart ontbijt- en groepenrestaurant en een gezellige bar. Daarnaast heeft ons hotel 5 conferentiezalen en een fitnessruimte. Het hotel heeft een eigen shuttledienst met Schiphol en beschikt over circa 500 eigen parkeerplaatsen. In het hotel werken ongeveer 80 medewerkers om onze gasten iedere dag weer een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Ibis Amsterdam Airport is één van de hotels van het wereldwijde AccorHotels. In Nederland kennen wij de merken Sofitel, Mgallery, Mövenpick, Pullman, Novotel, Novotel Suites, Mercure, ibis, ibis Styles en ibis Budget. About the Role – F&B Manager
As F&B Manager, you are fully responsible for the Food & Beverage operation within ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. You lead a dynamic department across multiple outlets, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational excellence with a strong commercial mindset. You inspire and develop your team while actively supporting operations when needed.
A key focus on this role is the development and upgrading of our entire F&B offering. This includes the redevelopment of our à la carte restaurant, expanding the American diner concept within the burger bar, improving the breakfast experience, and upgrading the hotel bar with enhanced offerings and social activities such as darts and pool.
You are someone who can translate vision into reality, taking a hands-on, outlet-by-outlet approach to improve quality, service, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets
- Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Drive concept development and implementation across all outlets
- Improve food quality, service levels, and guest experience
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute to hotel strategy
Job Requirements
Your Profile
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or F&B
- Experience developing and implementing F&B concepts
- Strong commercial and operational mindset
- Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
- Guest-focused and quality-driven
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
