Are you the new forklift hero of Bavaria?At Bavaria, we are looking for enthusiastic forklift drivers to join our logistics team. In this full-time role, you play a key part in ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly every day. Do you want to work for one of the world’s most iconic beer brands in a dynamic and team-oriented environment? Then keep reading!

What will you do?As a forklift driver, you play an essential role in our warehouse operations. You ensure that pallets filled with our beverages are placed in the right location in a safe and structured way. Once production is completed, you take over and carefully move goods throughout the warehouse.You will also support export activities, making sure our products are prepared correctly and reach international customers safely and on time.

Your daily tasks

• Using an on-board computer, you know exactly which pallets need to be moved and where they should go.
• You prepare goods for shipment to customers around the world.
• You work closely with your colleagues and always maintain a safe working environment.
• You get the chance to learn different areas of the warehouse, with the order pool as your fixed base.

Working Hours & Availability

You can choose between two shift options:

Option 1: Flexible Day, Evening and Night Shifts
The schedule is published every Thursday in the Olympia App for the following week. You may be scheduled for the following shifts:

• 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
• 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM
• 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM
• 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM

Option 2: 3-Shift RotationYou work on a fixed three-week rotation:

• Week 1: 4 to 5 night shifts from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM
• Week 2: 3 afternoon shifts from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 2 morning shifts from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
• Week 3: 3 morning shifts from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM and 2 afternoon shifts from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM

From January onwards, employees who choose the 5-shift rotation will work the following schedule:

• 2 early shifts: 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
• 2 late shifts: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 2 night shifts: 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM
• 4 days off

If you have preferences regarding specific shifts, you are welcome to discuss them with us. We will take these into account where possible.

• You are in possession of a valid forklift certificate;
• You are fluent in either Dutch or English;
• You are willing to work in shift patterns, including day shifts.

• A gross hourly wage of €18.86, including ADV allowance and year-end bonus;
• A shift allowance of 150% for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00;
• A solid pension scheme via STIPP;
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 10.92% holiday accrual;
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way at €0.19 per km, up to a maximum of 50 km;
• Work clothing and safety shoes provided by Bavaria;
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance;
• Access to the digital environment of Olympia, where you can easily manage payslips, contracts, and annual statements;
• Social staff drinks every Wednesday and Friday afternoon.
