Initially, you will work in the a flexible chedule. You can indicate per week whether you want to work full-time or part-time.

• You work 8 hours a day.
• You can choose from the following shift times;
  7.00 am to 3.00 pm.
  3.00 pm to 11.00 pm (25% allowance)
  23.00 pm to 7.00 am (35% allowance)

In the weekend and public holidays, you will receive a 57% allowance over all hours.
If you wish, there is later the possibility of working a fixed shift roster with fixed working hours.
For 3 shifts, an allowance of 21.5% applies
For 4 + 5 shifts, an allowance of 28.5% applies
There is variation between working hours, but you also do something different every shift.
The work depends on the products being produced that day and in which department you will be working. No two days are the same.

The basic tasks consist of;

• Forklift driving.
• You ensure a clean working environment.
• Cleaning machines and installations.
• Doing minor maintenance.
• Operating various types of production machines (productie).
• Perform various operations contributing to the production process.

Preferably, you have a valid forklift certificate. You have experience driving a forklift truck (heftruckchauffeur).
Experience in logistics (logistiek) is a plus.

• You are available during the week and possibly at the weekend.
• You want to work the early or late or night shift.
• You can work 8 hours a day.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• You have a good command of Dutch, English or German language.
• A physical job is suitable.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.65 excluding bonuses of up to 57% if you work on weekends.
• Net travel allowance per kilometer.
• 8.33% holiday pay of which 0.33% is paid net.
• You choose to be paid a weekly or 4-weekly
• You will start wil a temporary contract that could lead to a permanent long term contact at Rockwool (tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast).
