Front Desk HostAre you ready to become a new team member of De Ware Jacob hotel, one of the leading boutique hotels in Amsterdam located in the Museum Quarter? With your excellence in hospitality, organisational and communication skills you will be contributing to the unforgettable experience of our guests during their stay.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum two years of hospitality experience is essential
- Proficiency in English and second European language
- Excellent knowledge of PMS systems (preferably MEWS) and Extranets
- Responsibility, professional attitude and appearance
- Organisational and administration skills
- Proactive attitude, flexibility and multitasking
Job tasks:
- Being first point of contact for the guests, efficiently handling guests' requests
- Checking-In and Checking-Out procedures
- Receiving and handling reservations
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Dealing with guests' complaints
- Handle front office administration
- Coordinating tasks of breakfast and housekeeping departments
We offer:
- Part- time positions
- Shift hours 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00 including weekends
- Hour rate: from €16 plus 8% based on worked hours monthly holiday allowance
